For over a decade, Donna Stichbury has been quietly watching, observing not just children, but the way adults move, respond, react, and relate to them. Her lens was never judgmental, but deep curiosity. What she saw was profound:
So often, our struggles with children are not about them… they’re echoes from our own untended past.
This realisation became the beginning of what would eventually become Inside OUT- a powerful, tender, and transformative approach to caregiving, parenting, and self-understanding.
With a passion for nurturing deeper connections, I specialise in guiding individuals and families toward healthier, more secure relationships.

Lo Where It All Began
Donna's path was lit early on by the influence of the Pikler Institute in Budapest. Their radically respectful way of being with infants touched something in her—something deep, ancient, and quietly revolutionary. She began to understand: the child doesn’t need fixing. They need space. They need presence. They need us—regulated, healed, and whole.
And so Donna began weaving.

And then came Interplay... and everything changed
It was when Donna met Donna Berry, founder of Interplay, that the final thread clicked into place. Berry’s trauma-informed, play-based work gave Donna the embodied language she had been searching for. Suddenly, everything she’d been sensing, observing, and quietly holding for years had a shape.
The healing path wasn’t about “doing better” for the children—it was about untangling our own stories, so they could unfold freely into theirs.
Inside OUT became a space for both adults and children to be seen, heard, and held—where behavior is no longer judged but deeply understood.

As a Parent Relationship Facilitator, I provide invaluable support to parents navigating the early stages of their children's lives, laying the foundation for lasting emotional bonds.
HELD is the course that I have wanted to create all my career. You can take as a recorded or for deeper healing as my unique mentoring course.
I have been facilitating Circle of Security for about 7 years now, and if you are unsure where to start, this is my go-to course for parents and early years teachers. I no longer run these courses as open courses; instead, I prefer to work with couples or ECE teams for deep changes.
Because you get to choose the pace at which you work with me, and I find this is how I get the deepest changes.
With my Self-Reg Facilitator training, I help individuals of all ages learn to manage their emotions, making it easier to respond to life's challenges with calm and clarity.
I am also a Senior Interplay Facilitator, guiding groups through creative, dynamic processes that foster emotional growth and connection.
As a Relationship Coach for Attachment, I support couples and individuals in understanding how their early relationships shape their present dynamics, helping them create more fulfilling and secure emotional bonds.
