This is not your typical parenting class. HELD is a 10-week nurturing space for mothers and babies to heal, connect, and grow together, with deep compassion for both the parent’s inner world and the child’s natural unfolding.

Course Philosophy
Secure attachment starts inside the parent’s nervous system.
Children don’t need perfect parents; they need present parents.
HELD is grounded in science and heart, blending:
Child-centered approaches like Pikler, Circle of Security & Self-Regulation
Parent-focused healing through trauma integration, nervous system regulation, and reparenting
You’ll alternate between weeks focusing on your baby’s development and weeks nurturing your own emotional wellbeing — a rhythm designed to restore balance and deepen connection.

Week 1: Being Held - Cultivating inner safety as the foundation of secure attachment
Week 2: Being Seen - Honouring your baby through respectful, attentive caregiving
Week 3: The Mother’s Story - Exploring your own attachment blueprint with compassion
Week 4: The Unfolding Child -Trusting your baby’s natural development and autonomy
Week 5: Reparenting Yourself - Meeting the needs you didn’t receive as a child
Week 6: Regulating Together - Learning the rhythm of co-regulation with your baby
Week 7: Presence Over Performance - Letting go of “good mother” myths and embracing authenticity
Week 8: The Power of Play - Creating space for child-led play as a healing force
Week 9: Integration - Weaving healing into daily life through rituals and rhythms
Week 10: Held and Whole - Celebrating your journey and creating lasting connections.
Special Bonus: Sandra’s Rose Ritual
A gentle, symbolic practice to honour grief, generational trauma, or unspoken stories — so healing can begin where words sometimes fall short.
When & Where
Live Zoom Gathering: Wednesday, 15 October 2025, 7:00 pm–8:30 pm
In-Person Nurturing Space: Wednesday, 22 October 2025, 10:00 am–11:30 am at Hilltop Haven (a gorgeous, safe, nurturing environment)
Followed by weekly Zoom sessions for 10 weeks
